Residents add their personal touch to contemporary homes in the heart of an engaging, amenity-rich community, with activities and programming planned with the community in mind.

At Amira Lake Elmo, your monthly rent payment is all-inclusive. Monthly rent includes utilities, TV, internet and phone, as well as an underground parking stall in our heated garage, and extra storage space. Electricity and your personal property insurance are billed separately.

Every apartment comes with one garage space in the covered garage. There is ample surface parking for family, friends and other visitors.

Every apartment comes with an additional storage unit.

Amira 55+ communities are pet friendly. Number of pets and size limitations may apply.

Every apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

Of course! Grandchildren – and their parents – are always welcome at Amira. Our communities provide many opportunities for you to entertain your family and friends in your home or in the shared community spaces.
